The Asklepieion: The Asklepieion is an ancient medical center placed 4 km to the southeast of Kos Town, beyond Platani village. It dates from the first half of the 3rd century BC and it was built to honor the god of health and medicine, Asklepios, after the death of the famous ancient Greek physician, Hippocrates who originated from Kos.

The Basilicas of Saint Stephen in Kos, Greece: Located on a rocky spot just above the beach of Kamari, in southern Kos, the basilicas of Saint Stephen is a complex of two early Christian churches dating from the 6th and the 5th century BC.

The islet of Kastri in Kos: Right opposite the beach of Kefalos, on the southern side of Kos Island is the tiny Kastri islet. Kastri islet can be reached by boat or swimming from Agios Stefanos beach.

The old Windmill of Kefalos village was renovated keeping the tradition alive but also offering visitors a unique 360 view of the island and the endless Aegean Sea. It is located at the top of the hill next to Kefalos village.

The Ancient Agora of Kos, Dodecanese: Ancient Agora (Ancient Market) is an imposing excavation area where a number of temples, baths, and houses with remaining mosaics, columns, and other pieces of construction belonging to several past periods.

The Castle of the Knights in Kos, Dodecanese: The castle of the Knights of Saint John on Kos, was constructed with local stone and with the remains of previous constructions and buildings. It was built during the occupation of the Knights, between the 13th and 15th centuries, and is named Neratzia Castle.

The Thermal Springs of Kos Greece, Dodecanese: 2 km away from Agios Fokas beach, it is like a rock surrounded sea-pool with hot springs pouring out into the seawater, known as the therma. The place is well known as one of the most outstanding places on Kos.

The plane tree of Hippocrates in Kos, Dodecanese: In the center of Kos island in front of the Castle of Knights stands a huge old plane tree, known as the Hippocrates plane tree.

The Archaeological Museum of Kos, Dodecanese: The Archeological Museum of Kos is housed in a neoclassical well-preserved building that was designed in 1935. At that time, the Italians were ruling Kos and all the Dodecanese islands. Situated in Eleftherias square, the museum stands out for its architecture. It hosts several findings which came to light during the excavations around Kos, Rhodes and smaller Dodecanese islands in the late 20th and the early 21st century. Most archeological findings cover a long period from the ancient till the post-Roman and Hellenistic times.

The Roman Odeon of Kos, Dodecanese: The ancient Odeon of Kos was built by the Romans around the 2nd and the 3rd centuries.

Mountain Traditional Villages Zia and Asomatos: these villages located on mountain Dikaios offer astonishing sunset views from an altitude that permits panoramic outlooks. You can combine an afternoon sunset excursion with a delicious traditional dinner by joining one of the multiple taverns in the villages.
